WHAT IS A RATE? List some rates that might have to do with GPS.   Why is it important to graph rates in the form of vectors?   How might vectors help if the distance between a GPS receiver and two different satellites is known?   Is it possible to have an average velocity of zero, if you have traveled 40 miles in 1 hour?
