Abstract
In order to do the articles of the contract between GSI, Eastern Branch and the Zamin-Physics Consulting Engineers for IP/RS survey, two experts traveled to the area. To determine the general trend of mineralization and with attention to field visits and discussions with experts, 6 zones were surveyed separately in the area. At first we used rectangular array according to the defined quadrangles by the supervisor. Then, on the base of obtained results and determination of anomalies in the zone, four dipole-dipole profiles were surveyed to recognize the extent of anomalies. The total numbers of stations in the area are 2033 points for both methods.
Induced polarization study was done by Domain Time method using advanced instruments of 1800 V-10A manufactured by GDD Company of Canada. After processing the data, analysis and modeling, the result of study is presented in the report. Geologically, the area is covered by the Precambrian low metamorphosed Taknar formation with Tertiary granite.
